Hickory Ridge Baptist Church was established in 1883 in the Upton Community near Houston, Missouri.  We are a Bible based Southern Baptist church and are affiliated with the Texas County Baptist Association, the Missouri Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention.

Our primary purpose is the communication of the Good News of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ to all persons as stated in Romans 1:16-17.
